Kathy Boyle, President Chapin Hill Advisors, Inc.

Kathy Boyle is the Founder and President of Chapin Hill Advisors, Inc. Collene Torres, Tax Supervisor, Reynolds & Rowella
 
As a Tax Supervisor, Collene serves businesses, and their owners in tax planning and compliance and business valuation needs. Collene also works with high-net-worth individuals and their families with complex tax issues, estates, trusts, multi-state, and foreign tax concerns. Collene joined the firm in 2013 with 15 years of prior accounting experience, seven in the not-for-profit sector, three years in the healthcare industry and five years in public accounting. Collene has worked with diverse businesses such as hedge funds and private equity, retail and wholesale manufacturing and distribution, professional service firms, restaurants, contractors and real estate. Collene holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Husson University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wellesley College. Brian Reklaitis, Vice President, M&T Bank

Brian currently serves as a Sr. Business Banking Relationship Manager for closely held businesses, not-for-profits and associations in Connecticut and New York.  He is responsible for servicing all of the banking needs of his clients – deposits, loans and cash management.  Brian graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science degree and has lived in Connecticut for the majority of his life.  He has worked in banking for over 111 years, previously working as a middle school teacher in Hartford County.  Brian serves on several not-for-profit boards including The Building Hope Foundation, Inc. and is the immediate Past-President of John Jay Lodge F.&A.M. in White Plains, NY.  He currently resides in Brookfield, CT with his wife Allison and their two young children, Donovan and Kennedy.


MODERATOR: Amy Polacko, Arbonne International

Amy Polacko is a former award-winning journalist and now runs a multi-million dollar vegan health and wellness business. She is an Executive Regional Vice President with Arbonne International and has built a global business team from the ground up. Amy is a graduate of Columbia Journalism School and worked as a newspaper and television reporter for over ten years, winning part of a team Pulitzer Prize at Newsday. She later transitioned to public relations, working as a PR executive for Pepsi and then as the Editorial Director at Vassar College. Amy is a Ridgefielder who is an advocate for small businesses, has run several networking groups, and believes great things happen when entrepreneurs support each other.
